Instructions
1.Click on the "Start" menu icon located in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. Click on "All Programs" and then click on "Accessories." Wait for the drop-down menu to appear.2.Select "System Tools," then click on the "System Restore" icon. Wait for the System Restore window to appear. Select "Restore my computer to an earlier time" and then click the "Next" button to continue.
3.Click on the back arrow next to the calendar until you reach the desired date to which you wish to restore your system's settings. You need to select the date you purchased your computer if you want to restore the computer's factory settings. Select your desired date and then click on the "Next" button.
4.Wait for the "Confirm Restoration Date" to appear. Click on the "Next" button to continue. Your computer will automatically restart.
